This incredible Damacus Gyuto features a 220mm blade made from 400 layers of laddered W pattern damascus with a L6 carbon core.  61 Rockwell hardness with this steel has phenomenal performance!

The handle is local dyed and stablized Maple burl, bronze and silver collar with a mammoth tooth spacer.
