8.5” AEB-L Gyuto

This Gyuto is an absolute Ferrari! AEBL steel which is tough as nails with a super fine grain structure that holds a  razor sharp but is easy to sharpen on the fly with a hone! The blade is hand polished to 2500 grit and has a very thin distal taper that will move through food effortlessly. The handle is curry Tasmanian Blackwood with an Amboyna and pure nickel spacer.
