8.5” ktip Gyuto

This super thin gyuto is forged from San mai with a 410 stainless jacket for corrosion resistance and ductility with a Hitachi blue#1 carbon core for Extremely well edge holding and sharpness. 
The blade is 8.5 inches long, Very thin, slight convex grind. 2500 grit hand polished. 
The handle is ringed gidgee with Amboyna and nickel silver accents with a black g10 collar.
