9” Drop point chef

This knife features a 9 inch AEBL stainless blade with a hand polished finish. It has a very nice Distal taper and convex geometry for great Agility and stability. Choil and spine are rounded for comfort. 
The handle is Stabilized Acacia Burl with carbon fiber silver spacers, g10 and maple. Style is a hybrid Japanese western.
