This 9" fillet is made from NitroV stainless steel and is at 61 Rockwell hardness. Incredible edge retention and corrosion resistance. This is a perfect knife for filleting just about anything but really shines with fluke, salmon, bass, tuna. The handle is non slip ultrex g10. carbon kydex sheath included.
