Magnacut Gyuto

This 8.5” Gyuto is made from CPM Magnacut stainless steel. Magnacut is a relatively new steel to hit the market that boasts Incredible sharpness and edge retention with the toughness of 3V and the saltwater corrosion resistance close to H1 Which is virtually salt proof. 
The handle is Spalted maple, blue maple spacer with nickel silver and a g10 collar. 
This blade has perfect balance with a beautiful distal taper which makes it feel light and nimble.
